Our process of selecting students is transparent where we involve the parents thoroughly so they are sure that they are placing their children in safe hands. We strive for building a bright future for our adopted children which in-turn will have a positive impact on society as teaching one child means teaching the following generations.

• Needy/deserving families who are unable to afford quality education for their children.

• Children whose parents due to lack of education are not able to guide/mentor them.

• “Blank Canvas”, children between 1.5 to 2 years will let us avail the unlimited possibility to groom and educate them.

• The first baby/eldest child in family would be given preference as he/she can be a support system for other siblings and parents.

• Applications will be distributed across surrounding villages after which interview panel will assess the interest of parents and evaluate physical and mental health of the child.

• The Core Committee will have feasibility discussions with interested foster parents (if any) after which final selection will be made.

• A maximum number of ten students will be selected for the Pilot Project.

• The orientation sessions with parents will demonstrate the changes we are aiming to make in their children lives and what type of commitment and involvement we expect from them as their parents.

• Lastly the adoption day where the sponsoring/Foster parents will meet their adopted kids.
