Bridging the Guidance/Counselling Gap

Lets go to same village, where we are planning to start MeraGher ingenuity, decades back few families with same financial background, sent their kids to a known City School. Regardless of the fact that they were studying in the same school, were of same age and were taught by same teachers, they grew up into hugely contrasting personalities.  Only few families were able  to set their kids up to Success, only the Parents who know how to escort children's' intellectual and interpersonal growth And rest are Doing Nothing, roaming around the streets of village aimlessly raising another family of non-productive and misguided individuals.

Now why this huge contrast?  They were equally talented, capable, having big dreams for their future. The only difference was how their talents, abilities and capabilities were channeled by the people around, especially parents and family members. Parents themselves were not educated hence deprived of the requisite skill set and lack of thinking and foresight required to guide their children.

Key 1 lies in inculcating independent learning, nurturing and mentoring children to take better decisions in life ahead.

Providing Progressive and Supportive Environment for the children to blossom

Sandhurst Pre-Cadet School & College, a full day school with aim to emulate a Cadet College Mode of Education and governed by a Rtd. Brigadier and Politician. An exorbitant academia only affordable to Elites, provided not only the formal education facilities but an across the board way of life. The institution maintained uniformity and presented equal opportunity for all the kids to foster their physical as well as their intellectual abilities. The daily proceedings of the institution starting from morning exercise and changing School Uniform, following the regular study and  classes, does not end with lunch break but extends to post school play time and sleep time followed by religious and spiritual training of children.

Key 2 lies in providing the children with an environment where they are provided with equal opportunity to thrive by spending most of the productive hours of their day in an environment (a home) where positivity, empathy, and civility prevails.

Introduce modern concepts to the children in far-flung villages

Mia, born to Pakistani parents, was sent to day care as both her parents were doing MS in Istanbul. Although she was surrounded by Turkish care takers, she was able to learn her national language Urdu, English Vocabulary with perfect British accent and having clear understanding of all the concepts of daily life. Thanks to the video and audio material that her parents used to compile on electronic gadgets for her day time activity.

Key 3 lies in using all the technology and Electronic / Digital devices to introduce modern concepts to the children in far-flung villages. The school will use video driven course structure designed by Virtual Teachers and implemented by computer literate coordinator who can play the designed/Compiled educational tools e.g. videos and can conduct instructional activities in the Classroom.

Its not just about educating, its about revamping the environment for the children to give them meaningful lives and provide them with an opportunity to step into the mainstream and contribute as better humans and polished citizens.
